Chris is in his late 60s, retired, and deeply committed to staying athletic and competitive in baseball. He came in with a long history of physical challenges, including severe knee issues, past ACL tears, chronic back pain, shoulder pain, and kidney-related health concerns.
Despite these limitations, his goal was not just pain relief, but to continue sprinting, training hard, and performing at a high level on the field. Through individualized programming focused on joint health, intelligent loading, and long-term durability, he has made remarkable progress and is now sprinting again while feeling stronger and more capable than he has in years. Beyond the gym, he was also able to go on vacation and walk for hours at a time, something that was previously impossible, as his knee pain used to limit him to about 30 minutes of walking before he had to sit while friends and family continued on.
Luis came in focused on improving his overall physical health while recovering from multiple injuries, including Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and a persistent knee injury. Early in the coaching relationship, the primary objective was rehabilitation and restoring function. Each program was carefully customized based on his condition, with targeted work to strengthen supportive muscle groups and improve movement quality.
By the second month of training, the client required knee surgery. At that point, the focus shifted seamlessly to pre-habilitation, ensuring he entered surgery as strong and prepared as possible to support a smoother recovery. Following surgery, training was continuously adjusted to match his healing timeline, emphasizing safe progression, joint integrity, and long-term durability.
As his recovery progressed, the client became increasingly independent in his training while still receiving ongoing guidance and adjustments as needed. Today, he continues to make steady progress, building confidence in the gym and developing sustainable training habits that support his long-term health and performance.
Brenden came in after tearing his ACL while trying to remain active. His primary goal was not only to recover, but to confidently return to running, sprinting, and higher-output training without lingering pain or hesitation. Early training emphasized rebuilding joint integrity, restoring proper mechanics, and gradually reintroducing impact in a controlled and intelligent way.
Through progressive loading, sprint mechanics work, and innovative strength and stability exercises, he rebuilt both physical capacity and trust in his knee. Over time, his endurance increased significantly, and sprinting became pain-free and repeatable rather than something to fear or recover from afterward.
Today, he is able to run and sprint without post-pain, train hard with confidence, and maintain an active lifestyle without feeling held back by his previous injury.
Mayjorio came in with years of frustration around training and a strong dislike for the gym. Chronic back and knee pain had slowly taken away the activities he loved most, especially riding his bicycle and motorcycle, and made even basic movement feel limiting. His goal was not to “train hard,” but to move without pain and enjoy life again. Through thoughtful programming, gradual progression, and lifestyle support, he has rebuilt trust in his body. He now comfortably enjoys hour-plus bike rides and is able to hike and fully enjoy vacations without pain holding him back.
